I have two plots next to one another at the beautiful Wisconsin Memorial Park. The plots are to the west end of the Park
The plots are located in Block 9A. The numbers of plots will be provided at the cemetery (due to security) and the paperwork and financial matters will need to be done at Wisconsin Memorial Park as well.
The price is $10,000 for both plots and $5000 for one plot
The park currently prices these plots for the two of them at $16,000 ($8000 for one plot). There is going to be a price increase coming soon at the cemetery. We are well below that figure.
The opening, vaults, and costs at Wisconsin Memorial Park at the time of internment are not included in this transaction as those are separate costs.
Transfer fees will be paid by the purchaser.
