This plot is in a newer section of Evergreen and Fairview Cemeteries of Colorado Springs. There is a beautiful view of Pikes Peak from the gravesite. We will also accept offers to buy. There is a $100 transfer fee that must be paid to the cemetery and we can negotiate that fee. Unfortunately, there are scammers out there, and we will meet you at the office of the cemetery at a designated time to receive payment and transfer forms to sign. We will receive cash only.
